Mastam Enanthate is indicated for treatment of breast cancer in elderly post-menopausal, as part of a specific immunotherapy.

Drostanolone Enanthate is a long acting ester, which has a half life of approximately seven days. It is very similar to the Propionate ester given it is excellent for increasing the quality of the muscle mass, making it very hard and lean, also increasing vascularity.

Many professional aesthetic bodybuilders use this steroid as an addition to a muscle mass gaining cycle to increase the quality of the muscle mass being gained and inhibit the water retention associated with longer esters.

There is no water retention at all with this steroid and there’s a slight aromatase inhibiting effect. Side effects are quite minimal with this steroid.
